Weight lifting is also a good exercise but it requires a great deal of strength.

You forgot to mention dead lifts. It is a very good compound exercise in any training routine that you already have.

Military Press
Bench Press
Chin ups
Push ups

I only use military press on my basic bodybuilding routing it is much useful than bench press.
