To remove the skin tags with lemon juice, you must first clean the area of the skin tags with water and soap. Take a half of a fresh lemon and squeeze it for the juice to come out. Dip a cotton ball in the lemon juice and apply it directly to the skin tag. Leave the cotton ball there until it dries. Repeat this routine 3 times per day until the skin tag falls off.
